This Ratman Chief lives in Gludio Mountain and uses mercenary Bugbear Soldiers to plunder travelers passing through Gludio Castle. To stop the attacks, the lord of Gludio has offered a reward on his head. Despite Gludio's efforts, Sukar continues to harrass wayfarers.
