This foolish noble led the Land Dragon Punitive Force against Antharas during the age of the Elmoreden Kingdom. His incompetence caused the slaughter of the entire force, and he was sacrificed to the claw of the Land Dragon. As a cruel joke, Antharas resurrected Ishka, and put him in charge of protecting the Dragon Valley.
